Massachusetts Regulations
Architectural Access Board Rules and Regulations, 521 CMR—January 27, 2006
These are the accessible design standards that are incorporated by reference into the Massachusetts Building Code and that apply to all facilities in Massachusetts that are open to the public.

Massachusetts Laws
Architectural Access Board Statute, MGL Chapter 22: Section 13A
This is the Massachusetts state law that created the Architectural Access Board (see above).

Massachusetts Fair Housing Law Chapter 151
This is the Massachusetts counterpart of the Federal Fair Housing Act. Scroll down to #6 second paragraph.

This is a chart developed by the federal Access Board that identifies all 50 states' accessible design standards.
