    COTE directions:
Two possible directions were discussed. One as a clearinghouse, organizing, information source. The committee would serve as a conduit and produce a database of contacts, sources and current projects. Alternatively, the committee could serve as an educational and discussion forum of current projects and problems. Presentations and site tours of local projects could enhance our knowledge of green design strategies. Most attendees seemed to endorse the second approach. In addition, coordination with the activities of Architects Institute of America national COTE, could be valuable.
